Book Fixers is a book repair shop. Children fix passages by tapping a word or the space between words: capital letters, periods, question marks and exclamation points, commas and apostrophes, quotation marks around speech, and spelling. In Book Parts they open real stories and fact books to tap the title and author, find a chapter in the table of contents, look up a word in the glossary, use the index to turn to a page, and tell who said what. Made for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade children, ages 6 to 9, it is a free way to practice punctuation and book skills.
